Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING POLICY
We are currently shipping within the USA only.
- Free standard shipping is included with all purchases. All sarees are shipped from our location in Ohio, USA.
- End to end shipment tracking is provided at no additional cost.
- Orders will be shipped within 24 hours, except on weekend, long-weekend, etc.
- Orders are delivered within 2-5 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned or any impact from carrier side delays.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@reshamikas.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
- The products cover the standard package insurance during shipping. Do let us know if you would like to add additional insurance for your order, we can help you with that a minimal cost (that we will share once you reach us via email info@reshamikas.com). This should be done right after placing the order.
- Please note there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, ex: Carrier delays. We appreciate and expect you to work with the carrier for delays/missing packages. However, you can still write us on info@reshamikas.com, we will also help you by talking to the carrier.
- We are not responsible to compensate for any delays or package missing due to carrier mismanagement or thefts after deliveries.
Incomplete Deliveries
reshamikas.com is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by the following scenarios:
- Customer providing the wrong shipping address
- Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) - this prevents customs from being able to clear packages.
- Failure to pick up package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier
We cannot ship to parcel lockers or forwarding services.
