Cancellation and Refund

All sales are final however email us at info@reshamikas.com with your concern and we will do our best to resolve.

POLICY

Returns are accepted only for those products that have a defect. We thoroughly verify the sarees and do a verification video of each saree just before packing and sending. However, if you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at info@reshamikas.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot and a small detailed/clear video of the defect within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will fully refund the amount after our team checks and verifies the defect. We are not responsible for the damages those happened during the shipping. However, we do best packaging to safeguard the products during shipping. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs if a refund is requested and it’s approved.

RETURN ITEM CONDITION

This applies only for the above mentioned(under "POLICY" above )criteria and case. 

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted

 NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Customized products cannot be returned
  • Return request that are not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted
  • Products bought during sale and/or with discount coupon are non-refundable

CANCELLATION

  • If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of the order placement.
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will fully refund the amount, else the above mentioned policies will be applied and we would not be able to refund the order.
